Newbie question on crafting for othersFollow

Ive reached lvl 50 armourer, but there's one thing thats really bugging me and
i'm hoping someone can help!

When i craft some armour with a lvl 47 recipe (for example), the item completed
says its for lvl 40.

How do i make items for level 47 etc??

All Handcrafted gear is equipable at the x0 levels, and Mastercrafted at the x2 levels. That's all we get, lol.
