Ok what is that purple ring that says Travel within Greater Faydark near the inn in Kelethin? I thought I did something, some quest or something, that says I can use it now but nothing happens when I click on it. HELP!

That's active when there's more than one instance of GFay and your friends are in the other one. There's a similar option on dock bells when where's multiple instances of, say, Antonica.
