How do you use crates and cases? I have a veteran's display case. I would think the benefits would be automatic if it was in the inventory. The case has a use command. When I select it I can't tell what happens. How is this used. I think I built fir salesman cases. It said you can put it in your house. I recall it didn't give me a "place" command, so I eventually threw it away. How are these used? Thanks.

Salesman crates are placed on the market board in your home ( buy from innkeepers) creating multiple slots for the sale of itemsd on a broker. Veterans crates give you a cost to post reduction which means you can sell at a lower price without the broker raising costs as much as others have to pay . Not positive on this but i do use a salesmans crate to sell items on broker with.

1) put a container in a broker slot
2) go to your house (if you're not already there)
3) access your broker through your in-home market board (yes, you can buy them, but you get one when you get your starter inn room)
4) right click the container in the broker window. If the item is placable, you'll have an option.
5) place the container as furniture. People can then buy directly from the container without a commission, if your rent is paid up.

The Veteran's case cuts the broker commission in half only for items in it.
