1. What is the average number of hours you play a MMORPG per week?

2. Do you attend a school? If so, do you attend full time or part time?

3. Do you work? If so, do you work full time or part time, or have multiple full or part time jobs?

4. Are you married? If so, do you have any children?

5. Have you ever purposely skipped an event with family or friends, work, school, or any such real life experience in order to play a MMORPG?

6. How often would you say you skip real life to play a MMORPG?

7. Do you feel that your play time has negatively affected any real life relationships?
