Does anyone know where I can get a list of food drink stats and duration. That way I know what I can craft and better sell these items. I hate second guessing and I don't have much time to figure out due to time constrictions.

The stickied link thread on the official tradeskill forums has several lists, including Thripsils Food and Drink Guide. Dunno how up to date that one is...

The basic rule of thumb is that the stuff the last couple of levels of a Tier has the best stats and duration.
