Good morning, AllaK's - 12/03/07Follow

Good morning, happy campers.

Ran through a ton of Kunzar Jungle quests. Had problems trying to figure out what that idiot, Bak or Brak or whatever the iksar-kid-who-can't-kill-tigers-and-hides-behind-waterfalls' name is needed to do. Had him following me around the zone for damn near an hour searching for Yellowfang before I finally found him, a whopping 20 yards from where this all starts. Damn I wish I could track.

Knocked out a bunch more quests. Cranked out a couple AA. Had some collections lined up and turned them in to take me mostly through L75. At 70% through now. One more good evening of solo'ing and I'll be 76. Tonight my son has basketball practice though and then it's Monday Night Football so it may not be tonight. We'll see.

Watched my Redskins lose in a 1 point last possession heart-breaker to the Bills. That was a rough loss to handle after this week.

How was your weekend.

Started the weekend with high hopes of getting to level 74+ with my Pally. No Dice. Too many errands and honey-do-lists got in the way. Logged for the weekend at 74.93%...

Plus, I really struggle to complete white and blue quests in RoK. It's not that I can't handle the mobs needed to complete a quest, it's just that it takes forever to kill them. Then I have to wait for power and mana to regen and then rinse, repeat...

Started a Barbarian Bezerker and began questing through the new "newbie" area. The DPS of a berserker is amazing though he is only level 12. Perhaps I may change my opinion if I ever get him farther along with levels. Timourous Deep is a nice zone. Just when I thought I had completed a lot of the content, I took a bird to a whole new portion! Found the main city area and started setting up a house and such. I enjoyed that part a lot! I like the fact that you don't have to harvest until the second half of the content. That way you have plenty of room for quest items and gear. Then you can afford to buy a bag or two.

Good afternoon.

Sneaked my way around the Fens collecting pages for the tome, now have to collect 12 feathers for Sethis to learn the language.

Gained a couple of tradeskill levels to reach 75, then had to stop as i ran out of raws. Decided not to pay the prices being asked on the broker.

Currently raised my harvesting, fishing, etc skills to max and have manged to collect a mahogany lumber and 2 tynnonium clusters, so i'm fairly happy.

Went about in the Fens to get another AA point, only at 94 but getting them at a very good pace, then me and two guildies went inside the MM Catacombs to complete the Ghoulbane quest, after about an hour of running around, we find that we need to get to an upper level of the zone.

Ofcourse, after that we still had to get past several guards, almost died fighting the two mobs in the room where Kassar spawns but had a very big anticlimactic fight with him. Prepared myself for a very long and hard fight, even used a barrier miracle only to see that Kassar only hit me once (although for 2k damage) before dying.

Didn't finish the heritage though, we split up and I continued my baby berserker Sarnak. Got him from 8 to 14 and about 5 AA's in about two hours. Good times.

I logged on Saturday and finally figured out that even though I had been swearing up and down to people that I was playing on Blackburrow, that I was actually playing on Butcherblock. That would explain why I had been unable to hook up with anyone and also why my buddy, who I'd talked into playing this one, had been unable to add me to his friends list and visa versa.

So I re-rolled on Butcherblock, and managed to get to level 17 last night since I was already familiar with all the n00b quests in TD.
