Music?Follow

Hi I am new to ever quest and I love the music, where can I buy it?

Go into your eq2 directory and you can find the mp3's of pretty much all of it. Most of eq2's music I found to be kinda boring. IF you liked eq2's music you would probably like the eq1 expansion Planes of Power Music.

Interesting story on the music from that expansion. One day shortly after that expansion came out I was browsing the mp3's and I notice some of them was tagged with a website claiming to create the songs. Just for the heck of it I went to that website and sure enough every single song from Planes of Power was on their website only they was called different things. This website was a company that was hired to create music based off certain themes. For their examples they had things such as Arabian theme which was actually the theme from Plane of Storms, etc etc.

I didn't think much of it, but a few patches later I noticed that SOE was forcing everybody to download the mp3's for the Planes of Power expansion. Sure enough if you look at the files now they DO NOT have the tag on them showing this website. In fact the Planes of Power MP3 files say absolutlely nothing now. You look at other mp3's from other expansions in the eq1 directory and it shows info about Sony and who made them etc.

I just wonder what the story is behind all of that though?
