You'll definitely want the new memory. Dunno about the processor. It should work, shoot I had the game running on a Geforce 3 and 512megs of ram. You can always download the trial and see how it runs?

GeForce 3's on the list, but the 5x series isn't. Yeah, downloading the trial's a good idea, then you can test it for free.
