Crash in windowed mode, need helpFollow

EQ2 freezes any time I try to go into windowed mode. Does anyone have any ideas to fix the problem? I've tried lowering screen resolution and the game's graphical options but it still crashes.

I'm running Windows XP home with a Geforce 6200. I have not tried updating the drivers yet but if that doesn't work where else might I look to try to fix this?
