I know you can use status to buy crafting stations for your house, but can you buy a broker for your house? I am curious because it kind of defeats the purpose of having a home crafting station if you have to leave your house all the time to get supplies.
No, you can't get a vendor to setup shop in your house.
I like to just completely load up on crafting supplies and craft in my room to relax. Also, depending on where you live it can be more convenient for customers. My house is in East Freeport, so I can just have folk meet me there to fill special orders instead of running around one of the slums looking for the instance.

With the new stacking capabilities (ie: 200 for one instead of 50), I like to think they actually improved on this problem.
It makes it a lot easier to harvest and carry around, that's for sure.
