So how are the new armor/weapons?Follow

Morning all,

Purchased the box expansion at the local EBgames yesterday and right now my wireless modem is overheating while downloading all the patches... Tonight I will probably log into EQ2 for the first time in 5 months or so and continue the adventures of Amezed, the hairy pally.

How are the new crafted/looted armor and weapons looking? I am interested in how much they have been "improved" over the previous tier legendary/mastercrafted gear.

/shudders at the thought that my 70 carpenter needs to get to 80....

That will happen eventually. Right now I just want to kill stuff and get some armor upgrades.

I have a fantasy of getting to level 80 and then grouping with a few people and rolling through labs for the rest of my pally fabled gear. Of course, it won't be worth it by then. Maybe they will have armor display cases for our rooms.

Stu, whatever you are smoking, you need to send some my way. because apparently its something pretty good and mind-altering.

seriously, you never know. I need to start on leveling my woodworker up to 80 and check out the goodies there.
