i am a lvl 67 pally..every time i bring up my squire nothing in my stats seems to change. asking several people nobody seems to know what he is good for. Same as having my hand glow.does either one actually do anything for me?

Fluffy spells I believe, it's the same with my monk. I can change into a tiger or perform a nice looking karate sequence, but those two spells don't do anything but look nice. (for a while anyway)

Unlike the pet you can summon from the diety quest lines, now that one does affect the stats.

Yes, the squire is a fluff/fun spell, just like the Hand of Lucan that makes your fist glow. Its for fun. Have fun with it. :)
