Necro AA treeFollow

I don't have a lot of sublty in the heat of combat. I send in the pet, and nuke the fire out of the enemy. I don't spend much time/ effort healing the pet or myself, I just keep fighting. So I'm investing in both pet and offense trees. Should I really be focusing on one or the other, or do both as I'm doing?
