Blank Jewelry and Armor?!Follow

What's with all the jewelty and armor drops that have no stats on them?
(+INT, +WIS, +AGI, +STR, +STA, etc)

Are these to be upgraded with adornments?

Seems I talked to some NPC in Freeport that wanted to know if I had any....

What should I do with them? .... seems I get a lot!


I have items such as:

Signet of Ree
Remembrance of Ree
Dust Flecked Signet
some earings and a bracelet

Steel Vanguard Curaiss
Etched Leather Wristpads
Steel Leather Writstpads
Blackironplate Breastplate
Feiyiron Vanguard Sabbatons
Feiyiron Brigadine Leggings
a sheath, a sash, a belt, and some gloves
(note: all armor does have MIT stats)

Its been awhile but jewelery got nerfed I guess about a year or two ago. Used to it had mitigation on it as well as stats. Well some of the junkier jewelery had just mitigation. So when that nerf happened it left alot of it 100% useless.
