Halloween in Norrath?Follow

Ok, I know Calthine and others have 'secret access' (c'mon, fess up, you know you do... LOL) and was just wondering when Halloween comes to Norrath. I'd heard it was today, but wouldn't they have made it active when they did the update earlier in the week? Is it next week when they run the normal maintenance? Any hints on what we can expect?
