Alittle help please, playing catch upFollow

Whats up everybody, so I have just started playing EQ2 again, I have a 38 Guardian that I havent played for over 2 years now. What I am looking for is some help in what instances I should be looking for a group for. I pretty much got down where I should be hunting, atleast atm I am stompin' around in Zek. I came back for alittle while right after the release of EoF. The only group I have ever been in was for CB. lol So I have pretty much soloed my way through these last 38 lvls. Its slow goin' and I am looking for a change. So any list of instances and or maybe some other places to grind it out would be awesome. Thanks in advance for the help =D
