I was curious about Totem usage. Can I get the benefits of using several totems at the same time? For example, can I use the spirit of wolf totem and the Hawk totem that regens power quickly?

You can use totems of differing types, sure. grab a Wolf totem, a power totem, and a health totem and go to town! What you can't do is stack, say, the power totemss from two different tiers.
