Architecture of the Vermin's SnyeFollow

Ok I have done part 1 and 2, but when I click on cielings? it goes all through the pages, and then i press continue but nothing comes up for the quest, and it shows the quest complete in my journal? But the book still says its incomplete and I can't place it in my house?? whats going on?
