A problem with Shadows..Follow

Alright everyone, this is a pretty simple problem, not much to it.

When I log into EQ2 my character shadows work fine, no lag, game runs nice and smooth, but after like, an hour or so, my character shadows turn off and will nto turn back on until I restart the game..

Any help would be highly appreciated, thanks fellow Zam users, cya all later
