Training 50-70Follow

Hi, I apologize if this is posted somewhere already, I searched and couldn't find it. Could someone tell me what the training is for levels 50-70. What I mean is, what are the choices you get at level 52, 54,....70? Do you get to choose two additional racial traits at levels 60 and 70? Thank you very much for the help :)

No, I mean at lvl 54 for example, do I get to choose +4 STR, STA, etc. or do I get to choose +HP/PP, or resists or what. Im hoping a level 70 or an admin could tell me. Thanks :)
