I defected to Haven and would like to start crafting. I no longer have the initial book (scroll). So how or who do I see?

Good question, I've never been there. I don't think there's a Choosing a Tradeskill Profession for Haven, but the quest is optional. Look for an NPC tagged "Crafting Trainer", s/he should be near the crafting area. Hail them (they're also a merchant, so be sure to HAIL) and they will make you Artisan level 2 and give you your level 2 book. You will purchase all your essential (non-rare) crafting books from them, too.
