I have the Adept 3 of this spell and have been trying to use it. How exactly is it supposed to work? It seems like sometimes it gives me a spell and sometimes it doesn't. I have had a max of 4 at a time with it. I have noticed it doesn't seem to matter what mob it is or if I got the finishing kill or not.

There are 6 abilities that you can receive from DoS. The idea is to use it ALOT and get all 6, then only use it to replace ones you use. You can only use a single DoS ability at a time. They all use the same timer.

I think I may have figured it out. Every time you use this spell it randomly gives you 1 of the 6 abilities. IF you all ready have that ability it simply gives you nothing. That is why when I have 3 all ready it seems like its not doing anything.
