Seriously thinking about leaving the guild I am in. IT is basically your classic do nothing guild to keep it simple. In any case my question involves my inn room. My inn room I think requires a guild level of 30. IF I leave the guild will I lose my inn room? If I do what happens to my stuff?

You will not lose your house :) Your only concern might be status rent; if you have to pay some and run out of status because you can't do writs you'd be locked out until you could pay up.

Its a status room, however I have so many items in it that I don't pay the status anymore. As always thanks for the info.

You can still do writs and still get personal status even if you are not guilded.

correct. they changed that a while back (several months ago, I think around the beginning of the year) and Hubert is correct. you are no longer required to be guilded to do the writs.
