Since Stu is slackin!

Got my Necro back to Butcherblock and used the grim spellbinder, it is apparent that this pet is used in grouping :)

Really need to find the Necromantic Mark craftsmen spell so I can make it an Adept 3.

Was a good night, ran a few quests around the Butcherblock docks.

How was your night?

yeah stu slacks off on tuesdays, played my assassin in steamfont finishing quests off before the big shutdown, dinged 45 and a AA, and later on a couple of guild members joined up so was a great time.

Thanks for covering Early Team Meeting Tuesdays, Kov!

Not a ton to tell today. Logged in my main and checked broker sales. Made 40'ish gold on random stuff. Switched to my coercer and decided to play happy home-maker. I'm not too enamored with the basic Neriak housing. Even the simple inn-rooms in Freeport have a foyer area and some separating features to the room. The Neriak basic room is just a big, boring square room. I'm going to have to get creative with this one. Maybe find a bunch of screens and turn it into a maze. We'll see.

Did some sage'ing. Sage'd like it was going out of style. Most boring tradeskill EVAR. And I'm not sure why. Maybe it's because, despite all the sparklies and animations and floating implements around the table, in the back of my head I'm still just sitting there writing.

Haven't posted in a couple days....so here we go.

Had a family BBQ on sunday...relatives from all over were there. Ate like a king and had a blast. Planned to duck out a bit later and head to a Mayong raid...but got stuck cleaning up instead. Was worth it though lol.

Got home later at night and advanced my SoD quest. On the Kaladim part a few updates into the quest after the statues. Hope the servers are back up to tonight so I can advance it. Ended the night with a fast Bonesnapper raid, and a quick crafting session to belt out a Cobalt Plate armor set for a guildy's alt. Shopped for my alts....then zzzzzz'd.

Last night was quite nice as well. Advanced my Wyrmslayer quest to the point of the 3 dragons....then ran a Labs raid. Burned throught there super fast, and scored 15 upgrades and 3 FFAs for our crew. Was a fun run....except for the fact that I forgot to swap toons to the one that needed the Vyemm update. Ah well, next time.

Ended the night with a huge dueling fest in Vyemm's pit. Was hilarious actually....the whole zone started lagging with all the fights going on. People started login all their alts in and zoning into Labs just to come duel. Classic.

I've been trying to find time to get in a full Labs raid for months for that update, and you can blow through it on a whim, but forget the right characters.

Awww :( lol

...it's not always easy though. It's a huge guild, but everyone wants to raid here and there, or needs this or that update.

I end up trying to fit in everyone and sometimes hit zones with crazy raid configs. It sometimes makes things sooo much harder...but the day I start forcibly optimizing and excluding people will be a cold day in hell. Last night, I ran with 9 tanks hehe (Guard, SK, 2 Zerks, 2 Paladins and 3 Monks), 7 healers, 3 bards and 5 DPS hehe...no Brig, no Inquis, no Coercer. Mostly a strong bunch though, couple first timers.

We do have a lot who play alts when they see things are looking really skewed though, thankfully. I would not have brought that setup into any of the EoF zones for more than a tentative run/small foray.

Some of the stronger raid guilds used to blow through Labs in 45 min to 1.5 hours. Took us 2.5 hours last night. Raid DPS hovered around 13K...10K lows...17K highs. On a "good" turnout day we could maybe cut it to around 2 hours...15k-18K avg....to 24K DPS highs.

I was on my Dirge last night since I'm trying to gear him up now. Was a fun change, but I got so into it I forgot to switch out just for the end fight grrr.

I'm in 2 raid groups though; a consistant guild Alliance one that focuses only on EoF content (~8 guilds, not led by me, where I'm MT or OT...completed FTH, CWM, working on Mayong in MMIS to complete, and first floor EH)....and my Guild one which has pretty much completed KoS content, and is just breaking over into EoF content....early MMIS and FTH mobs so far, and still doing frequent KoS farm runs though, mostly DT/HoS/LoA and Labs occasionally. I tank if really needed (short or having trouble), but more often play my Inquis/Dirge for those. Lot of fun with both groups though, and lets me build up my alts.

Anyway, just the latest news I guess lol.

PS. Server transfer for a couple days and then transfer back. I'll setup a couple quick raids for updates :)
