I entered the acct key that came with my store DoF box (sticker above the CDs). The "Key Consumption" window cleared my entry. I'm not sure if it was accepted or rejected. The game doesn't splash screen DoF and my account page doesn't list it. Does this go into effect at a later time? What's going on?

Try it again if you haven't already.. that's not how its supposed to behave. Best advice is to go to your Account on the Station website and read through your active subscriptions. If its listed then it took and you're good to go. If not, there's an option at the bottom of the page to add a new subscription.

From the "My Account" button on the launchpad, the "My Subscriptions" window is first to appear. Indeed only Everquest II is listed and no expansions. The text says from here new expansions can be added. The only buttons related to the game are adding features and changing billing. Then there's a long list of other games that can be purchased. Under this is the Station Access link to purchase the entire list of games. I never could get this link to fully load. The only buttons at the bottom of the page is exit. What is the name of the button I'm looking for?

On the startup screen (where id & password are entered)there is a huge button that says register expansion. This takes you to a subscription page with a large button "registration key" towards the bottom. The line above the "key" button mentions collectors edition, jboots, monkeys, and adding expansions. I'm not sure if the "key" button is for a specific product (such as the collectors edition) or for all expansions. Anyway, clicking on the "registration key" button leads to the "key consumption" 20-digit account key boxes. Entering in the account key inside the DoF box causes the boxes to clear. Seems rather straightforward but non-functional. Rather frustrating. I don't know how to proceed. I guess I'll just buy EoF bundle and try at a later time to register the expansions.

Call customer service. You're doing it right. After your key is consumed you should have DOF show up on your list.

Turns out the key was already registered by another person. If the digits white out, call customer support and see if it's already registered.

Did they give you a fresh key, since you bought it in good faith? Or did you have to return it and ***** at the store?
