I don't get it...what's the big driver for this change? I can't think of a time I've ever gone, "Gee I wish I could target the last person who sent me a tell" if that person wasn't already in my raid or group...

for raiding it's great, to be able to send a heart/shard/animal form etc with just a quick macro is great. Spamming vent or raid channel for those just clutters the chats and should be done in tells.
Aye, i was going to sight just that example, hearts and shards. Not sure of TOO many uses past that but i know the necros and conjys will be LOVING this.
Oh. Ok. I always just clicked their name in the raid window.

The back-up or off-healers in raids will also get some mileage out of this - "send me a tell and I'll toss you a heal"!
How about Call of Hero? One macro, no waiting...
