What is the best way to get guild members?Follow

I was noticing that a previous poster had put up a notice for guild members for his guild. I knew that in the past there was a special board for guildslooking for members. Does that still exist?
I have recently been made guild leader of a guild on the Blackburrow server. We even mentor on a regular basis! Its a great guild in my opinion, but small. We have a core of about 8 people (with various alts) who play frequently and who get along well. We group about 3-5 times a week. But we want to obviously get more members. I rarely see the spam postings in the chat channels anymore and I was wondering what someone does now to get their recruiting message out there to all the new /or interested players? I would rather not annoy anybody not interested, but will if that's the way its done.
Thanks in advance for any advice,
-Tammit

on the O boards under servers you can put in guild recruiting threads in Blackburrow. That's usually how people find you. Just explain what type of guild you are, what average level ranges, and what your short/long term goals are. After that, just keep bumping the thread every so often. Good luck from a fellow Blackburrowian!

Recently I believe they place a thread at the top of each server board where you can put your guild information in.

Just be aware of that.
