Can anyone tell me where you get your recipe books from starting with provisioner essentials volume 30? Or at least the link that tells you where the different levels of books are located? Thanks a lot.

All the Provisioner books through level 49 (except a few quested oddities) are available from the Crafting Trainers. However, they will only show you the books for the tier you are in and below; you won't be able to see level 30-39 books until you're 30.
