TS Writ questionFollow

In my provioning writ the rushg order requewsts that I make something from my recipe book that does not quite match. For Example, I am being asked to make 2 Seasoned Aviak Sandwiches and 4 Soaring Espresso Macchiatos; my recipe book only contains Aviak Snadwiches (not seasoned), and Soaring Espresso (not a macchiato). How is this accomplished when there are no advanced provisiong books that I am aware of? How can you change the item to the one they are requesting?
