Word of Force - Good or Junk?Follow

So far I'm not impressed with the Word of Force spell that I picked up last night. Maybe it's because I picked it up when I was L.30 but I thought the spell was supposed to scale up as you level? When I view the spell at the vendor, it's still showing it at L.20. When I purchased the spell and scribed it, it's still only showing the L.20 damage. When I tested out the spell, it's barely doing any more damage then Master-1 Spiked Earth.

Is there an informative site which shows the damage output of this spell per level? So far I haven't found any research on this spell. Can somebody please help me out?
