Ok I started a Fay and wanted to become a citezen of Qeynos and I went throught he Betaryal quest now I am reading that I didnt have to. My delema is I cant get the quest from Vishra to get faction to Qeynos. Does anyone know a way to get back into Kelethin or Qyenos in my situation?
Did you talk to Gil McMartin In commonlands? He is the NPC for gaining faction with Qeynos. Once you have 10,000 faction with Qeynos you should be able to talk to Virsha and do citizen quest.
But if you just created the new fay it may be easier to just delete and remake and switch the right way. City faction is a pain in the *** at low levels.

I know when I made a Evil fairy I didn't have to betray to become a citizen of freeport. I just did a couple of super simple tasks and I was done.
