I don't keep up on it, but I keep hearing GEForce 8800.

Of course my box is antiquated enough that it won't run PCI expresss :(

Depends on what your upgrading from. I currently use a 6100 with 128 ram and it performs fine IMO. Basically the higher the number generally the better the card when it comes to the Geforce Cards.
