I'm sad to say but the reality was that it turned into something we won't be able to do.
The good news is that we're planning on going with both a retail-all-expansions SKU as well as a download-all-expansions SKU.
Hopefully not having the CE is made up by the fact that we'll be having a download-all-expansions SKU from day one, which are traditionally much better at bringing more people into the game than a second, more expensive retail SKU. SMILEY:)
