hello everyone,
i am thinking of starting up on Eq2 commin from WoW. I play a Warlock on WoW and have been playing for close to 2 years and am getting very bored, the game is just not hard to play at all. i feel like i can just close my eyes and hit a few buttons to destroy an enitre zone >.< so i have a few questions before i make the move over to Eq2.
1. i really would like to play somthin new and different so i wanted to make a priest class, but are they able to solo at all? or will I mostly need a duo parter or party?
2. is thee a certain priest class that is more needed for higher lvl playing? because i would really like to eventually get into the higher lvl raiding and endgame material.
3. this may be a little harder to answer sorry if it is a stupid question, but are there certain servers that are better to start on? such as better opportunities for me to find a guild to join with or is there a good base of players on most servers.
thank you for your input and i look forward to making the move as soon as i decide what i would like to do.

Here is har I can answer. I have all three priest classes -- Templar, Warden, and Fury.
1. i really would like to play somthin new and different so i wanted to make a priest class, but are they able to solo at all? or will I mostly need a duo parter or party?
Yes each of the three priest classes can solo. However, it is difficult and time consuming for my Templar to kill aything. So bottom line: yes the priest class can solo.

I have all three priest classes and it is my Templar that gets picked faster in raids/groups.

I believe there is the same opportunities to join good guilds on most server. If you by chance join the Everfrost server, give me a tell and I invitie you to join The Obsidian Order.
