Half-Elf Traditions (racial abilities)Follow

I just recently started playing again, having taken a year+ break from the game. when I was re-organizing my skills and abilities, I noticed that I no longer had the Half-Elf racial abilities of Tend Wounds, Ayr'Dal Assault and Camouflage. Were these abilities removed from the game? If not, where are they listed so I can put them back in my tool bar? I haven't been able to find them in my knowledge book. And as usual, I haven't heard a response from the GMs to the ticket I opened up a week ago. Any help would be greately appreciated.

One last thing, I heard they nerfed crafted items such as weapons and armor. What exactly was nerfed? My pristine imbued scaleborn armor has the same stats as before. Again, thanks.
