all I have to say is.....WOO HOO!! FINALLY!! GUILD HALLS ARE COMING!! At least we now have official information that they are working on it, as opposed to the standard "it's on our list and we plan to work on it" response.

No, there was no specific mention of such things. Or I would have mentioned it :)
