I downloaded everything( not the expansion yet) and paid...and when i hit the red play button...it trys to go the character page but it just shuts down...any1 know why...thanks

also i played WOW and it worked, so i have no clue why EQ wont work

We need to know more about your system to help you. What's your processor? How much memory? What's your video card?

/well i got 760 MB RAM( think its decent),/82845 on video card,/and Celeron(R) CPU 2.93GHz, hopes this helps
