I am playing a warden and getting close to the level that they get port abilities, I think, or spells.
My question is: How and where do I get these?

When you're lvl 25 Speak to the portals trainer in the priest guild and you have to get a leaf from the shrub thing in the druid rings from commonlands and Antonica and then return to the portals trainer.
I would recommend getting the one in Gfay first, then talking to the portals trainer at the far southeastern corner of Kelethin to get them.
Then you can teleport yourself right to Gfay after getting the others, if you go straight east from the Gfay druid ring you run into an acorn lift in a few seconds.

Nope once you've collected them it's fine and you don't have to get them again, you just can't hand them in till 25.
