but how do i find such areas as "the dark bargainers" or "the circle of vaniki"? I need filaments and there are none on the broker and according to this site, there are wholesalers in these areas...

"The Dark Bargainer" are the evil side tradskill managers. Run to your nearest tradskill area and there will be a person selling materials required in tradskilling. One of these materials for tailors is "filaments".
