special stone to choose master 2 and traits??Follow

Hello all,

I am a 64 monk and sorting through my inventory last night I came across a blue looking stone, when I examined it, it gave me the little plus sign to pick a low level master 2 after picking, it just kept going all the way to through each chose up to level 64 again. It was not replacing but adding to what I had already picked. In my excitment I forgot to pay attention to what this stone was called and have zero idea where I got it. Any help on what this was about? thx much
