Hello everyone,

I have the EoF version of EQ2 installed, and I currently have a lvl 16 necro. Would it be worth it to buy any of the adventure packs? If so, which ones? I mainly solo and small group. I heard they were for higher level characters (45-55) and was wondering if I should level before I buy them, if I do. Thanks for the info!

Splitpaw Adv Pack is good from lvl 20 -50, if i understand correctly the mobs scale with your lvl. I may be wrong as I dont have it but Ive heard good things, plenty of quests, names, loot.

Splitpaw is awesome! It offers content from solo to raid and has a lot to offer all play styles...

I would strongly recommend it. At your level... that's the only one I would reco.

Splitpaw was really fun when it first came out since alot of people used it back then. Now its ok if your looking for something new. Has some neat quests you can do and some unique items to be earned (flaming bore head for your inn room, annoying mushroom to follow you and produce lag, etc).

The first adv pack I thought kinda sucked. IT was just one big access quest IMO. The newest one I can't say as SOE decided to leave the little people out on that one. I just started the game again and am only lvl 10. The first ADV pack I think is for about lvl 30 to 40ish?

Personally I have no intentions of buying any of them, but thats just me. IF more people used Splitpaw Id consider it. You can tell SOE went as cheap as they could on the first 2 adventure packs since about all of the zones look almost exactly the same. About the only thing you see in splitpaw is a sandstone textured mazey cave pretty much everywhere. I know with Bloodline the first 2 quests use the exact same cave and the first 2 quests in splitpaw I use the same cave. I know first time I played Splitpaw I couldn't even kill the solo mobs solo with my summoner, however with my paladin I had no problems. For solo encounters Splitpaw seems abit underconned IMO. Reward wise I never did find any upgrades as far as armor or weapons went for any of my characters. This was awhile back though (back when handcrafted rares was legendary and about the best non-raid stuff you could get).

I am thinking about buying the bloodline chronicles when I will achieve lvl 30. But the posters here seems to say this s**k. But is it good quest + loot for 5$ now?

Splitpaw is adaptive level. Each time you go through the upper tunnels the mobs will con white to you up to level 50. Its therefore good for grinding XP. Can't recommend other packs as haven't bought them

Fallen Dynasty is 50-70 and has some nifty tradeskilling and house items you can get. The Mystic Lake area has a great area to grind for cash and items and if you got a decent group its got a few instances you can do. It's also got a few raid zones in it also. It's rather small but really pretty if you like spending time doing little fun lore type quests.

Splitpaw- excellent pack when you cant find a group and it's actually fun. You get a port to there after a few quests so that helps with fast travel or ghetto evac. Also get a somewhat decent spell. Scales to level up to 50

Bloodlines- waste of money plain and simple. Not enough content spells you can purchase on broker. Doesnt scale to level

Fallen dynasty- Level 50 plus real fun quests some pain in the *** quests. If you plan on raiding it's a must have crab x2, cheldrak x 4 , roost x 2, The forgotten city is fun to explore in some good quests with decent rewards. Nizara is a great instance still one of the hardest zones in the game and still has some of the best gear in the game. Some tradeskill quests for those who tradeskill, Oh and dont forget worth it just for pig racing.
