Is there a teleport trainer in Neriak for Wizards/Warlocks and if so, who is it and where are they? Thanks in advance for any help.

the portal trainer for wizards/warlock isn't in Neriak itself, but in Darklight Woods, near the Commonlands zone. the trainer is by Warpfront Spire.

Thanks for the info; was going nuts looking around in Neriak and couldn't find anybody.
