Wizard AA..?Follow

#1 Jul 08 2007 at 1:09 PM Rating: Decent
Anyone know a good setup for Wizard AA's around level 30? Any contributions would be helpful. I'm kind of trying to be good at AEing, and just do lots of damage.

My advice would be to work your sorcerer tree first and put all your points into one line. What you put em in is completely up to you but for extra DPS the Str line has an ability that will guarantee your next spell crits. At lvl 30 it may not be your best choice but for higher lvls its invaluable.

AGI AGI AGI. Did I say AGI? Yes, AGI. Spellshifting and Spellshaping are both SO good. After you max AGI, then decide on STR line or WIS line, depending on personal preference (STR would be my choice).

I have to say, after a thread between me and Dakkotta over in the mage forum, i switched my two socerer lines from STR AGI to STR WIS for critz and increased base spell damage.

Since then i have parsed much higher in my raids but waiting for my spells to cast and come available again is almost unbearable after leaving the AGI line.

If it wasn't for my desire to beat out all those damn preditors and summoners, i would go back to AGI line cause i love to cast lots of spells really fast. I may respec again to make sure i didn't make other improvements that is effecting my dps.
