Forgotten questFollow

OK so there is a quest that I cannot find, nor remember, and I thought I should give a shout out to whomever.

A good long while ago, maybe 2.5 years ago I did a quest (when the cap was 50) on one of my characters. I forget the name of said quest and what I had to do, but I do remember the reward, which is what I'm after.

The quest reward was this little misc item that allowed me to walk and run on top of water. It was quite the nice toy at the time, and I’m asking if anyone remembers or knows where I can restart this quest, or even if it is still an active quest!
