I cant seem to get a answer from anyone on this in game. But how do you get portal training for your druid classes? Is there a lvl requirement or quest?
All I know for sure (I don't have a port class) is you have to go to all the Druid rings and harvest a bush there. But I don't know if there's an actual quest involved. If there is, I bet it's in Kelethin.

I have a lvl 23 fury and have been told that you must be at least lvl 25 to start the portal quests . I know the portal trainer at cleric guild in north qeynos will not give me the quest as yet.

Just spoke to my work collegue who ran a Warden for a few months, and he confirms baneq's post.
i.e.
Get leaf from ring
Go back to trainer & chat
Go through portal he opens
Examine leaf
You should then get portal spell
Repeat for each druid ring
Each ring has separate spell
Edit: BTW, you have to be a druid i.e. Warden or Fury
