I have treasured items for both my necro and SK. Where in freeport do I turn these into the Mages guild and the fighters guild? Who in each guild gets it?

Go to Academy of Arcane Scinece and The Freeport Militia for each....just keep hailing the people inside, and choosing the sell option, and if you are at the right person, it will show the amount of status points you will get where the coin amount would be.
