Where do i find liquidFollow

OK I am very new to the game and I have searched up and down for "liquid" for crafting. I need to make drinks... I tried to used drinks i had and also other liquids maybe i am just being a bit oblivious ... someone please help !

The NPC who sells fuels also sells water and aerated water. Try those!
