Just Started Playing...Follow

And I must say this game kicks so much ***!!!!!!!!!!! I just started on Saturday, and am a dark elf necromancer on Kithicor. I feel like now is the perfect time for anyone curious about the game to come check it out. There are sooooo many things to do!

I've played EQ1, DAoC, and WoW and this game is by far the best. Even crafting is fun to me!!! Who would of thought that could ever happen! It's much more than 'run around and collects all the mats for the items, hit 'create all' and walk away from the computer.'

So I just wanted to put this up there for anyone who is thinking of starting to play, definitely give it a try! I don't think you will be disappointed, in fact I think you may wonder why you took so long to check this game out.

Also- I'm playing EQ2 from an Intel Mac so if you have one of those and are using that as an excuse, you can stop because it works beautifully with Boot Camp.

I have to agree with you. I Used to play EQ2 way back in beta. I was one of those guys who ended up leaving EQ2 and telling everyone I knew how much this game sucked. For 2yrs I avoided anything to do with this game because I was so dissapointed by what this game, "could have been".

Now after 2yrs I have returned and boy do I have egg on my face. I feel so guilty for black balling this game. I just wish there was a way I could publicly redeem myself and the game. I am also kicking myself for ever leaving the game.

I seems that after a half a year from going live that SOE really stepped up and gave this game the brilliant overhaul that this game deserved. I am finally addicted to a game as bad as I was back in the original EQ1 days, and loving every minute of it =).


P.S. I just hope that SOE can do the same for Vanguard. It has real potential for a EQ3 feel but at the moment I am finding it really lacking...
