sony reinstalled a toon I deleated now I need to know where it is. I have the max in toons though.

Not sure exactly what you're asking. If you have more toons (counting the reinstated one) than your actual number of character slots, it's there below all the toons you can access. You'd have to delete a toon for it to show up on your list.
