Neriak CitizenshipFollow

Can anyone tell me where the Neriak Citizenship quest starts?
Meaning... What NPC gives youthe quest?

I've been roaming around Neriak with my Arasai Necro to all the places ID'ed on my map as an NPC for citizenship, yet none of them will talk to me, or if they do, it's just a generic statement, not a quest offer.

Any help is appreciated.

Arasai and anyone who starts a new character in Neriak are Neriak citizens by default.

If you are a Freeport citizen, you can speak to the fellow in the House of Landlords in Cristianos Plaze to begin the citizenship quest.

Thanks for the info.

I finally did find the Neriak Citizenship quest giver... but he told me something like "there is nothing I can do for you". In other words he would not give me the quest.

I guess it makes sense that if I am an Arasai, I am automatically a Neriak citizen.

What confuses me, however, I have a house in Neriak, I am a default citizen, I'm level 22, but I have nothing such as a "Call of Neriak" or "Queens Call"!

If I start in Freeport or in Qeynos, once I get citizenship I get the spell to call home. In Neriak, I got nothing!

My little Arasai bat-wings are getting pretty tired of having to fly home from all over the known world.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have I overlooked something?

As always, thanks for your replys.

Hit K it will bring up a tab that will say skills, tradeskills and spells or something close to that. It should be under one of those tabs. Just drag and drop the icon where you want it.

Yeah, Zar is right. You must just not be seeing it. I started an Arasai bruiser and looked. It's there. On your spell/abilities/CA window (Hit "K" to bring it up) go to the Abilities tab and look around. It should be there.

you need to set recall point first. After u do that u use your call of whatever and u will arive at the point u set. i think u can set your recall point in any city.

actually, that's not right. you can set your recall point anywhere within your home city (so if your home city is neriak, can only bind in neriak. if your home is Qeynos, can only bind in Qeynos. etc.). also, you do not need to bind before you use your call of whatever ability. if you do not set a recall point, you will be teleported to (in the case of Kelethin or Neriak) the start of the city or (in the case of Freeport or Qeynos) the bells of your racial hood (or if you betray and not a natural race of FP or Qeynos, Big bend in FP, Graystone Yard in Qeynos).
